Our MO-PFD06 (or AFD06) is pin to pin compatible with OPR 2100 silicon photodiode  array and  both inherits by old Siemens KOM2100B the shape and the photodiodes configuration. The quality of silicon elements is very high. The photodiodes are very fast and sensible thanks ARC solutions.
